The travel quote “The Road is Life” resonates with me because I feel that deep down in my soul. When I’m on my way somewhere, anywhere, I feel alive. I don’t know what to expect, but I am so excited to go there. I want to see and learn new things.
Sometimes it is nice to arrive quickly because I am so anxious, that I just can’t wait to get there. But, I have to remind myself to enjoy the journey and not get ahead of myself. I do prefer to travel slowly and soak up every bit of the journey that I can.
I do enjoy air travel as well. But, I think this travel quote can still apply. “The Road is Life” doesn’t have to be a literal road, it can just be the journey, whatever method you take. It’s about the feeling you get when you are on your way. Whether it is the road ahead of you or the open air, it makes you feel alive and ready for whatever adventure presents itself to you.
There is a reason that it causes these feelings, because travel is good for you. Check out some of the benefits of travel here.
This is just my way of thinking, and I know it’s different for other people. What do you think? Do you feel that way when you’re on the road headed to a new destination? Or are you more anxious to get there and hate the trip? Leave me a comment and let me know what you think!
